Our signature prime smash burger is a blend of house-made tender prime rib and local ground beef on a brioche bun with melty cheese and rich house-made sauces.
Our amazing kirchen staff cook the Prime Rib perfectly. It starts with a ribeye roast left to marinate overnight in our signature rub. Then slow-cooked for hours until perfect.
The ground beef in our burgers is from Back 40 Beef in Durand. Located less than a 5-minute drive from Club TEN. This beef is a local farm and locally processed; it doesn’t get much more local than this.
The beef blend is smashed onto the grill using a burger smashing tool. It creates an amazing crisp texture on the patties. The seasonings and extra fat from the prime rib keep these burgers moist and flavorful. Then we add cheese to the burger until it’s bubbly and melty. Then we erve it on a toasted brioche bun with amazing toppings that complement the savory burger.
Many say that it is the best burger in the Chippewa Valley; others would argue that it’s the best burger in the world. All we know is that it is a damn good burger, which we are proud to serve to all our amazing burger-loving customers!
